• Make it personal (e.g. a factory workers would
  talk about their daily life or the conditions)
• Listen to other peoples arguments carefully.
  Dont interrupt. You can ask them questions
  later
• Show you care be passionate

How Will I be Assessed?

• You will be assessed in two ways
• 1) Peer group assessment
• You will get a mark from your group about how
  much you contributed in the making of the
  presentation ( of group mark below). You will
  give this mark in before you start your
  presentation
• 2) Teacher assessment
• Your group will get a mark for-
• A balanced debate (having ideas for and against
  global fashion) 10
• Research (have you found out extra facts or
  statistics for your characters to talk about) 10
• Resources (quality of resources. Have you spent
  time preparing Powerpoint, flip charts or
  handouts) 10
• General presentation (does it run smoothly, does
  it work well, have you spent time rehearsing?) 10
• Finally an individual level will be given.

  fashion industry works on a global level.
• Level4- You can define globalisation, understand
  how the global fashion industry operates at a
  global level.
• How global fashion affects peoples lives.
• You show a range of presentation styles.
• Level 5- You describe features of the global
  industry. Describe problems of LEDC workers.
• Offer solutions to problems, and offer several
  geography styles.
• Level 6- You show all the above plus you explain
  patterns and features within the global fashion
  industry.
