Introduction

• The Kildonan house has 80 residence thats are
  currently living there. It is an independent
  living establishment.
• The owner head chef of the Kildonan house is
  Alana Poersch. The Sous Chef is Megan Acklom.

My Responsibilities

• Prepare supper dishes
• Clean and organize the kitchen
• Snack and dessert
• Planning dinners
• Soups and salads
• Closing up the kitchen
• Turn off equipment
• Make sure all the food is put away and the
  kitchen is clean and ready to start the next
  morning

Personal goals

• My personal goals for this summer was to improve
  my organization and cleaning skills.
• Improve my knife skills
• I also wanted to learn to make sauces, soups,
  marinades, and main dishes without recipes so I
  could feel comfortable in kitchens.

• Personal Gains
• My cleaning skills have improved during the
  summer employment.
• I have gained knowledge about diabetic and celiac
  cooking and baking.
• Professional Gains
• I have learned to cook without recipes and using
  the ingredients that are left over.
