learning - No national tests during basic education and no

networks - such as the EU, the Nordic countries, EU
applicant countries, Russia, Asia, Africa - but schools do focus on them

- Where is Africa in NBEs internationality?
- our schools have partners in Angola, Burkina
Faso, Egypt, Mozambique, Namibia, Rwanda,
Senegal, South Africa,Tanzania, Zimbabwe but not
an overall strategy for cooperation - the NBE assists Finnish Foreign Ministry in
educational development cooperation in
Sub-Saharan Africa - NBE has a key part in compiling (implementing)
the new Global Education Strategy for Finland
