  • ID Plan / Strategy (component checklist)
  • Select target /dad for your nation
  • Empower committee members to work with tribes
    (video, message, planand why!) ...Package is
    TBA.

    weekend events

Key challenge
  • Create an army of stakeholders throughout the
    season (and into next season too)!
  • Note beginning a multi year project
  • DEF person(s) that have the ability to
    influence an outcome for the betterment of
    themselves, their community or organization

Fundraising components
  • Dads (careful not to cannibalize dad donations!)
  • Dad fundraising efforts (cards, etc)
  • Corporate matching opportunities
  • Auction events
  • Extra events (like golf tournaments) Looking for
    2 additional events(winwin Host nation and
    guest nation participants (3 total) (Non dad
    dollars, other YMCA members, etc)
  • Year end event (Draw for big donation) Such as
    high end spousal dinner, etc
  • YMCA 6 budget
