Rationale - Hypothesis

• Achievement of adequate levels of daily physical
  activity together with a remotely controlled
  home-based rehabilitation program will be
  effective to maintain (and even improve) training
  effects in COPD patients.
• Integrated care through a structured intervention
  enhances self-management, promotes healthy
  life-style and improves treatment
  (pharmacological non-pharmacological)
  compliance in clinically stable COPD patients
