Activities
  • Students will create a collage with a given
    territory, using materials that are supplied by
    the teacher. (magazines, paper, markers)
  • Given a certain territory, the students will find
    a book and do a report on what they have learned.
  • Students will get into groups and create a skit
    with the information they gather to help the
    other students learn.
  • Given a map of Australia, the students will use
    colored pencils and color each territory.

  • Students will complete a crossword puzzle which
    is based on the Aussie vocabulary.
  • A word search will be given to the students with
    important vocabulary terms for this unit.
