1/31/2010 - Complete a minimum of four remaining telephone
discussions with a Quit Coach by 5/31/2010 - call the toll free number from 7 AM 2 AM any
time you need to speak with a Quit Coach. - Quit for Life will notify the SEHP once you have
completed and you will receive a congratulatory
letter from the SEHP. Additionally, employees
will be requested to complete a survey to give
their feedback on the program.
