What facilities do we currently have?

• The Mangrum Track and Soccer Field
• is the only athletic facility at CSUSM, and
• is managed by the University Student Union
• Advisory Board.

What will the Clarke Field House/ University
Student Union do for us?
It will provide

• Places to exercise and socialize for students,
  faculty, staff, and alumni
• Space to offer physical education classes
• Training facilities for athletic teams

Intercollegiate and Intramural teams finally have
a training facility!

• No more BYOB (Bring Your Own Bathroom)
• CSUSM will now be able to host athletics events
  both intercollegiate and intramural.

• Student Government Offices
• Mens and Womens Locker Rooms
• Sports Medicine
• Weight Room with aerobic and
• weight lifting stations
• Aerobics and Multi-Purpose Room

• Groundbreaking January 2001
• Construction 18-20 months
• Grand Opening Summer/Fall 2002
