  gave Himself for me.

The Surrendered Life of Saul

• He is Brought Down
• (Acts 91-9 NKJV) Then Saul, still breathing
  threats and murder against the disciples of the
  Lord, went to the high priest 2 and asked letters
  from him to the synagogues of Damascus, so that
  if he found any who were of the Way, whether men
  or women, he might bring them bound to Jerusalem.
  3 As he journeyed he came near Damascus, and
  suddenly a light shone around him from heaven. 4
  Then he fell to the ground, and heard a voice
  saying to him, "Saul, Saul, why are you
  persecuting Me?" 5 And he said, "Who are You,
  Lord?" Then the Lord said, "I am Jesus, whom you
  are persecuting. It is hard for you to kick
  against the goads.

• (Acts 96-9 NKJV) So he, trembling and
  astonished, said, "Lord, what do You want me to
  do?" Then the Lord said to him, "Arise and go
  into the city, and you will be told what you must
  do." 7 And the men who journeyed with him stood
  speechless, hearing a voice but seeing no one. 8
  Then Saul arose from the ground, and when his
  eyes were opened he saw no one. But they led him
  by the hand and brought him into Damascus. 9 And
  he was three days without sight, and neither ate
  nor drank.

  sight at once and he arose and was baptized.

The Personal Account Given From Paul (Saul) of
his conversion

• (Acts 224-7 NKJV) "I persecuted this Way to the
  death, binding and delivering into prisons both
  men and women, 5 "as also the high priest bears
  me witness, and all the council of the elders,
  from whom I also received letters to the
  brethren, and went to Damascus to bring in chains
  even those who were there to Jerusalem to be
  punished. 6 "Now it happened, as I journeyed and
  came near Damascus at about noon, suddenly a
  great light from heaven shone around me. 7 "And I
  fell to the ground and heard a voice saying to
  me, 'Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting Me?

  sight.' And at that same hour I looked up at him.
  14 "Then he said, 'The God of our fathers has
  chosen you that you should know His will, and see

  'For you will be His witness to all men of what
  you have seen and heard. 16 'And now why are you
  waiting? Arise and be baptized, and wash away
  your sins, calling on the name of the Lord.'

what a Truly Crucified Life is all about!

Six

• (Romans 61-2 NKJV) What shall we say then?
  Shall we continue in sin that grace may abound? 2
  Certainly not! (God Forbid!! Kjv) How shall we
  who died to sin live any longer in it?

• (Romans 63 NKJV) Or do you not know that as
  many of us as were baptized into Christ Jesus
  were baptized into His death?

INTO WHAT we are baptized is IMPORTANT!

• (Acts 193 NKJV) And he said to them, "Into what
  then were you baptized?" So they said, "Into
  John's baptism.
• MANY Today have no Idea of the WHAT they were
  baptized into!

Romans 64

• Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism
  into death, that just as Christ was raised from
  the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we

  to God as being alive from the dead, and your

Romans 620-23

• (Romans 620-23 NKJV) For when you were slaves
  of sin, you were free in regard to righteousness.
  21 What fruit did you have then in the things of
  which you are now ashamed? For the end of those
  things is death. 22 But now having been set free
  from sin, and having become slaves of God, 23 For
  the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is
  eternal life in Christ Jesus

  conclusion of the whole matter Fear God and keep
  His commandments, For this is man's all. 14 For
  God will bring every work into judgment,
  Including every secret thing, Whether good or
  evil.

• You have time to build houses and in them to
  dwell,
• And time to do business, to buy and to sell
• But none for repentance or deep earnest prayer,
• To seek your salvation, you have no time to
  spare.

• But time will not linger, when helpless you lie,
• Staring death in the face, you WILL take time to
  die!
• Then WHAT of the Judgment? Pause, THINK I
  Implore, For TIME will be LOST on ETERNITIES
  SHORE!!
