    in consultation with all the stakeholders in
    Catholic Education
  • Provide an image of the learner with descriptors
    outlining life roles, knowledge, skills and
    attitudes
  • Provide a distinctive expectation that the
    Catholic community has for graduates of Catholic
    secondary schools

Catholic Elementary Schools
  • Students are engaged in their own faith journey
  • Journey Activities were developed to articulate
    and illuminate the relationship between the
    Ontario Curriculum and Ontario Catholic School
    Graduate Expectations for use in the elementary
    program
  • Provide application of the above in terms of
    learning activities
  • Provide a variety of age appropriate
    opportunities to sustain the learner on the path

    are foundational to all curriculum planning
    including
  • - Secondary School Course Profiles
  • - Provincially developed Elementary Units
  • The Journey Activities provide curriculum related
    opportunities for students on their personal
