Ground Rules

• Engage in Noel-Levitz PSOL Survey during
  February March of 2006 all participants will
  use
• 4 Minnesota Online focused item statements as
  provided
• 1 Minnesota Online demographic item as provided.
• Invitation email text as provided

• Provide Noel-Levitz with the following
  information on or before 1/30/06
• Excel spreadsheet with all Media Code 03 student
  email addresses
• Named person at the institution who will issue
  the emailed survey invitation to the students for
  example
• Vice-President of Academic Affairs
• Dean of Students
• Occasionally the President

• Permit Noel-Levitz to email students 3 times
  while the survey is open
• 2/13/2006 First invite out to all students with
  completion date of 2/24/2006
• 2/21/2006 Reminder notice to all students who
  have not completed the survey
• 2/24/2006 Last reminder notice to all students
  completion deadline extended to 3/3/2006

Noel-Levitz PSOL Pilot Timeline

• 1/30/2006 All institution information is in to
  NL
• Student email addresses first and last names
  provided in separate Excel files
• Initial, reminder, and final email text to
  students from the college VP of Academic Affairs,
  Dean of Students, or other college representative
  that students typically receive email.
• 2/13/2006 First invite out to all 2/24/2006
  completion date
• 2/21/2006 Reminder notice to all students who
  did not respond
• 2/24/2006 Last reminder notice survey extended
  to 3/3/2006
• 3/6/2006 Results transferred to NL
• 3/13/2006 NL delivers emailed survey results to
  system participants
