5- Students can sign into the iTransition training
at www.pepnet.org/itransition .
6Through self-assessment activities, students will
learn about their interests, personalities, and
career options. Activities guide students to
explore postsecondary education choices and
create a timeline for postsecondary planning.
7Students will experience a four-day campus
orientation. As they explore the campus and
complete a variety of activities, students will
learn more about the expectations and challenges
of college life.
8Using three student guides as examples, students
will improve skills in time management, studying,
goal setting, and working with disability
services providers.
9Students can use their eFolio site to keep track
of career goals and interests, school and
community activities, skills, resumes, and
college planning. This tool also allows students
to add documents, images, video, and web links.
10- PowerPoint presentations of each of the four
trainings to be used for personnel preparation
activities - Teacher Guides for each training with lesson
extensions and additional teaching information - Knowledge Base FAQ and online technical support
