Change Network Update

• Change Sponsors are responsible to ensure that
  every member of their organization has been
  briefed on DIMHRS.
• Change Sponsors will be required to report to the
  ADPO monthly percentage of installation/organizati
  onal Soldiers, their supervisors,
  civilians/contractors, and persons of interest
  (POIs) using DIMHRS that have been briefed on
  DIMHRS beginning 15 September 2008 and the 15th
  day of every month thereafter.
• All installation/organizational Soldiers, their
  supervisors, civilians/contractor, and POIs
  briefed NLT 30 days prior to IOC.
• The reporting procedures and reporting tool
  instructions will be published after the OPORD in
  a follow-on FRAGO.
• Change Sponsor is the Primary contact for ADPO,
  need to ensure accurate contact information is
  provided.
• Goal is to establish 100 coverage of Change
  Sponsors for all ACOMs, ASCCs, and DRUs.
