867_03 Contingency Exit Strategy

• What is the recommendation of the 810/867
  Workshop?
• Is there consensus to implement an exit strategy?
• Analysis will be completed between RRI and ERCOT.
  A decision will be made, based upon where the
  problem lies. If the issue is with a particular
  Market Participant, they have agreed to fix the
  issue and continue forward with an exit strategy.
• Unless the analysis should show a market wide
  issue, AEP will exit the contingency on 1/1/04.
  If the problem could be market wide, another
  810/867 workshop will be convened to make the
  ultimate decision.
• This exit strategy will be presented at the Nov
  RMS.
• If no consensus, what are the recommendations of
  this workshop?
• Consensus was reached for the direction
