EPIC Home Page New Look and New Features
The EPIC Home Page has a new look, but the menu
structure remains the same.

System StatusQuick View
The number of minutes before your session times
out can be changed to be anything from 20 to 120
minutes on the Personal Options screen.

Select Product/ReportEasier to Navigate
Products have been broken into Product Family and
Product to make them easier to find.

Assign Access CodesRedesigned
Enter the Respondents email address, report
options, and name.
Then click Add Respondent.
Repeat this process to assign as many access
codes on this screen as youd like - the
limitation of only being able to assign 10 access
codes per screen has been removed.

Assign Access CodesImport email Addresses
A list of email addresses and names from an Excel
spreadsheet can be imported into EPIC to save
data entry time when assigning access codes.

Resend and Unassign Access CodesSimplified
Resend Access Code
Names can removed from the list by simply
removing the check mark from in front of their
name.

Folder MaintenanceMove Individual Records to
Folders
The Folder Maintenance feature now allows you to
move individual records to other folders within
your account.

Added FeatureAbility to Delete Records
Individual records can be deleted so all personal
information and profile responses are permanently
deleted from EPIC.
A confirmation email can be sent to the
respondent confirming that the record has been
deleted.

Custom MessagesBrand New HTML Editor
Custom Email messages can be composed using the
HTML editor. The formatting features in the
editor allow for greater personalization of your
message.
