  • One year Pre- degree course (Sept- Dec, and Jan
    May)
  • Mon- Fri 10.00- 3.00pm
  • Applicants must be at least 22yrs by 1st Jan 09
  • Opportunity to progress directly into various
    degrees in UL upon successful completion of
    Access Course
  • Fee 350
  • Closing date for applications 27 March 09

  • For those who have been out of education for
    quite a while and want to try subjects at
    foundation level, before thinking about a degree
    course

  • plus Computer skills, study skills, career
    guidance, maths

  • A partnership initiative between UL, Mary I, LIT
    and ITT (Shannon Consortium)
  • Runs courses and workshops for adults interested
    in returning to education
  • Open to anyone over 18
  • Offers a free educational guidance service
  • Offers a Certificate in General Studies
  • Modules offered in business, humanities, science
    and mathematics
  • Also offers direct entry to designated courses in
    above colleges
