Requirements

• New form must adhere to all UK Administrative and
  Governing Regulations and other applicable UK
  policies
• Evaluation should reflect the Distribution of
  Effort form

Working group process to include

• Assessment of the current document
• Literature review
• Identification of best practices and processes
  from other colleges within the University and
  other institutions

• July 1draft eval process and form to EC to be
  reviewed by UK HR done June 6
• July/Augustdraft released to library and
  discussed at fall faculty meeting draft
  released July 13 discussion July 22
• Septemberfinal product presented
