6What We Are and What We Are Not
- We are not a Hit Squad, an audit or here to
performance manage - There is a relationship with performance
management. GO and SHA invited to plenary
sessions - We are not an inspectorate and our findings do
not feed into inspections or audits - Not here to publicly judge the PCT, LA or other
partners - Discussions we have with you are in confidence -
we will not be identifying individuals or their
specific comments - We will not import a standard solution but will
make suggestions and ideas regarding good
practice using our objectivity, knowledge and
expertise and based on the information you
provide to us
