MONITORING EVALUATION

• Provide partners with technical assistance in
  setting up and implementing a comprehensive
  monitoring and evaluation system for documenting
  the plans outputs, outcomes, and results. Each
  partner will be trained, as needed, in data
  collection techniques to ensure accuracy and
  breadth.

Communication Plan

• Program Coordination
• Coordinate very closely with partners on their
  respective tasks and develop a mutually agreeable
  coordination and communication protocol. This
  will involve sharing of quarterly reports,
  periodic meetings to share progress, identify
  synergies, and solicit feedback to further
  enhance action plan implementation.
