Our Mission

• To reduce our individual and collective
  environmental footprints on our home, the Earth,
  by actively, energetically and positively
  promoting values of sustainability and
  conservation of resources.

History

• June 5 2004, Regina Freecycle started by Pauline
  Gabriel
• August 13 2005, Regina Freecycle's first public
  Free-4-All
• July 2007, group affiliation changed to
  Fullcircles.ca
• May 2008, 2200 members

Our Purpose

• Keep usable items out of the landfill
•  

A penny saved is a penny earned
Save it for a rainy day
Waste not, want not
One man's trash is another man's treasure

What we do/How we do it

• Re-home unwanted items
• Online through Yahoo! Groups
• In person through public Free-4-All
• Free-4-all leftovers go to charity after 3-hour
  event. At the end there's less than 2 bags of
  garbage - all recyclables to local depots/drop
  boxes

• In-kind donations from local sponsors
• Access Communications printing services
• Campbell Collegiate event facilities
• North Central Community Association event
  facilities and printing
• Eastview Community Association event
  facilities
• Ecole Monseigneur de Laval  - event facilities
