  2005 NISOA Referee Development Report.

Report Purpose

• Develop a profile of referee performance
  characteristics of an average NISOA Referee.
• Develop a multi-year NISOA action plan for
  focused clinics to improve performance.

Data Collection

• Assessment forms were submitted to NISOA without
  individual identification data.
• Standard NISOA assessment forms were used for
  efficient data compilation.
