• What to do when one or a few students arent sure
  their
• clickers are working
• 1. Check that the plastic battery protector tabs
  have been removed.
• Have the student(s) reset the transmission
  frequency
• (GO--) look for the green LED.
• 2. When its convenient, run a polling test or
  use a polling grid so student can check the
  keypad.

If none of your students clickers work, it is
likely that the receiver is not being detected by
the podium computer. In this case, either call
Classroom Support or open TurningPoint and do the
following

NA or the wrong channel number will probably show
channel column. Click on Restart Wizard

TurningPoint looks for a clicker (response
device). You may notice the double arrow (upper
right) turn green and then red again, indicating
that the search is complete. At that time click
Next. If this doesnt happen, call Classroom
Support.

If the receiver was found, this window will
show a default channel
