Physical characteristics
  • It has a flattened head which sports a blunt
    snout above its mouth, with short barbels from
    its nostrils.
  • Its back and sides are gray to brown with white
    spots. It has pale vertical and horizontal
    stripes, and its belly is white.
  • Its two dorsal fins are set rearward on its body,
    which ends in a large dual-lobbed caudal fin (or
    tail).
  • The weight is 20.6 tons. The size is 18 to 32.8
    ft.

Habitats
  • It lives in the sea with other kinds of fish.
  • It will migrate to the central west coast of
    Australia.
  • It prefers warm water.
