  • Correctness equipment should be suitable for
    the activity i.e. not running spikes for
    football!
  • It should fit and be worn/secured properly i.e.
    trainers have laces done up to prevent ankle
    sprains
  • Condition checks should be made to ensure kit
    is in good condition e.g. safety mats, post
    protectors and balls
  • Task make a list of equipment checks for your
    sport
