FED Front Panel Hole Size Problem

• The Front-panel Hole for the passage of the MPO
  Ribbon connectors appears to be slightly too
  small and not well centred on the the ARx module
  on the PCB
• In particular, there is not enough space to allow
  the barcode mounted on the connector to pass
  unhindered

Remedy

• It seems that the inputs in the middle of the
  board are worst affected
• Due to PCB bowing?
• Add at least 1mm to the left-hand side of the
  cut-out as seen looking at the front of the
  mounted panel.
• Move the centre of the cut-out by 0.5mm to the
  left as seen from the front.
• The Barcode will always be mounted on the same
  side of the connector, as shown in the photos
