A. Need to be a cure (The medical approach)
1. Institutional protection
To accelerate the de-institutionalization process
in Macedonia and to shift of the disability
paradigm from medical model to the social model
based on the basic principles of human rights.
The aim of this process is full participation
into society of people with disabilities from the
institutions, trough creating a system community
based-services.
