Text The tumor consists of pleomorphic spindle
cell proliferation with short fascicles, focally
storiform. Lymphocites and plasma cells between
spindle cells. In the spindle cell component
mitoses are found. No multinucleated cells.

• Metaplastic carcinoma
• Malignant lymphoma of unusual type
• Inflammatory pseudotumor (inflammatory
  myofibroblastic tumor)
• Folicule dendritic cell sarcoma

• Metaplastic carcinoma (non keratin expressing
  type)
• Close follow-up will show what the behavior of
  this lesion will be.
