• Intelligent Character Recognition (ICR) and
  Optical Character Recognition (OCR.
• CAPMAS developed the software to capture Arabic
  (Hindu) numerals and separate Arabic alphabet.

• Validation rules are included in the system to
  validate and correct data.
• Scanned forms are stored digitally thus
  eliminating the need for physical storage of
  paper forms.
• It reduces employees needed required for data
  entry.
• Drop-out color improves the accuracy of
  recognition.
