What Is GODS?

• Easy-to-use GUI application for entering a
  patients diagnostic information.
• Main feature put markings on an image, during
  patients check-up, using simple drag-drop.
• Works transparently with existing patient record
  database.
• Information entered will be stored in a separate
  database.
• Produce report-style documents based on the
  entered information automatically.

• Before GODS
• Uses an Access Form to fill in a patients
  diagnostic information.
• Extra steps to export the Access Form to a Word
  document.
• Puts marks on the image in the generated Word
  document.
• The information for the marked images is not
  stored in a database.
• Possibility in making typing errors.

• After GODS
• Diagnostic information can be entered and putting
  marks on images can be done on a single
  interface.
• All data, including the image with its marks will
  be stored in a database.
• Information entered can be exported into several
  file formats, such as Word and PDF.
• A stand-alone application.
• No text entries less chance for typing errors.
