VOIR SS7 Network Architecture
  • There are 5 adjacent points from 5 different
    2G/3G operators
  • Each operator will give us a point code, and the
    values of these point codes should be different
  • There will be 5 E1 lines from these 5 operators
    into our system, and each E1 will have a SS7 link
    along with 30 voice channels.
  • 2 E1 lines will be connected to two E1 connectors
    on the first SPCI4.
  • 2 E1 lines will be connected to two E1 connectors
    on the second SPCI4.
  • 1 E1 line will be connected to 1 E1 connector on
    the third SPCI4.
  • For each E1 line from one of the operators, the
    timeslots carrying voice will be output from a
    PCM port located on the same SPCI4 to the voice
    card
  • How can I configure our system, including
    hardware and software configurations, to fulfill
    this network requirement?
  • Idea 3 SPCI4 cards, each of which has an MTP3
    license button, and let ISUP module run on the
    host
