• The Chair has a teaching laboratory and a
  research laboratory.
• Both, the teaching and research activities cover
  topics and projects, which are related to
  electronic measurement systems, signal processing
  and biomedical electronics.
• For several inventions patents have been granted,
  and some new patent applications have been made
  recently (USA, EU).
• Most of the staff is involved in biomedical
  research.

• Karolinska Institutet (Sweden),

• Distributed system of temperature measurement
• has been working for nearly 10 years

  other related subjects are tought only to the
  master degree and PhD students.
• Our article "Biomedical Electronics" has been
  accepted for the Wiley Encyclopedy of Biomedical
  Engineering (to be printed in 2006).
