• 4 days before seminar day (Sunday at 2359)
• Seminar paper sent to opponent and assistant
• Assistant forwards the paper to other
  participants
• 1 day before seminar day (Wednesday at 2359)
• Slides (presenter opponent) sent to assistant
• Seminar day (Thursday at 1515)
• 7 days after seminar day (Thursday at 2359)
• Final version of the paper with a summary of the
  major modifications made sent to the assistant
• ANY MATERIAL SUBMITTED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL
  NOT BE ACCEPTED
