What is Personal Development Planning (PDP)

• PDP is a a structured and supported process
  undertaken by an individual to reflect upon their
  own learning, performance and/or achievement and
  to plan for their personal, educational and
  career development
• HEA (2005)

Pilot

• myLife ePortfolio was launched in October 2006
• The aim of the pilot is to embed the ePortfolio
  system at course level and to encourage students
  to engage with the ePortfolio on a regular basis.
• Numerous departments were approached to
  participate in the pilot.
