• Economy of Scale
• Eliminate all departments
• Consolidate all CENG Programs into 3
  administrative units

• All programs are symmetrical, equal (including
  CPE)

• Small programs are protected because they do not
  incur any additional administrative costs

• Merge EE and CSC into one entity
• 4 symmetrical programs

• Perhaps include ArchE and AgE into CENG
• These programs are ABET acredited and would
  benefit from CENG association
• Faculty discussions to determine the best fit
