- You will be exploring 3 aspects of using CBT. We
are not able to explore all possible
interventions so these have been chosen to give
you a spread of options - Self Management

- CBT is a method, which can be useful for
everyone. Some of the exercises are for you to
try out for yourself, other activities ask you to
consider application with other people or to
explore concepts and issues in the CBT approach.
10- Divide into 12 groups (maximum of 6 people per
group) and you will spend 35 minutes on each of
the 3 packages provided. - Tutors will move between the groups and also be
time
