• How is the information packaged is there a
  better way
• What can be learned from others
• Do the right communications tools exist

• Can information be shared quickly and securely
• Are there CAVEATS, are they necessary

• We depend on each other and our nations depend on
  us. We should not wait until another terrorist
  incident occurs before we make the changes
  necessary to move forward.
