  ensure command and consistent use of UICs across
  systems

Action Items S Rating Equation

• The current rating equation allows units to have
  a readiness figure in excess of 100. This is a
  result of the inclusion of excesses for
  individual TAMCNs.
• Recommend changing the equation to exclude
  excesses.
