• Police have arrested 65 people, mainly for breach
  of the peace, in G8-related incidents in central
  Scotland. Five officers were injured when about
  300 protesters from an eco-village camp damaged
  business premises in Stirling and attacked
  police.
• The protesters then caused chaos on the transport
  network, bringing the M9 to a standstill for a
  period.
• In Edinburgh, where a protest was held on Princes
  Street, 17 people were arrested during the day.
• Comment
• And so as the leaders of the most powerful 8
  nations on earth met in Scotland, hundreds of
  people went rioting. Car smashed, businesss
  damaged, shops vandalised. It is the behaviour we
  expect to see in the last days. Protesting and
  using violence to bring about what they want are
  definite signs of our times. The world in Noahs
  day was full of violence. So are ours. The
  amazing thing is, is that they called the march
  A Carnival for full enjoyment. They promise
  enjoyment and yet there is violence. This is
  precisly the picture we are given in the
  scriptures. Just read the verses below.

Terror in London (event)

• Event
• Three terrorist bombs ripped through London
  Underground trains during the morning rush-hour
  yesterday and a fourth destroyed a double-deck
  bus, killing at least 37 people and wounding more
  than 300 others.
• The Tube was shut down and bus services in the
  centre of the city halted, causing widespread
  travel disruption. Mainline stations were also
  closed for much of the day.
• Last night Jack Straw, the Foreign Secretary,
  said the explosions "bore all the hallmarks" of
  al-Qa'eda.
• The co-ordinated attacks were being compared
  to the
  train bombings in Madrid last year
  which killed 190
  people.
• There were fears that the bus explosion, which
  left
  two people dead in Tavistock Square,
  was the work
  of a suicide bomber.
• If so, it would be the first such incident in
  Britain
  and Europe, indicating that
  vigilance by transport
  staff and passengers
  could be no defence against
  outrages.

Terror in London (comment)

• Comment
• Britains pride and celebration over the Olympic
  bid win turned over night into despair and fear
  with the terrorist attacks in London.
• We surely in live unprecedented days. There has
  never been a suicide attack in Britain before (or
  for that matter Europe) but that has now changed
  with the likelihood that at least one of the
  explosions was caused by one.
• It is worth remembering how we got to this time
  of terror. We need to think of Israel.
• Israel is the root cause of the problem and more
  specifically Jerusalem. We need to go back to the
  talks in Camp David (about Jerusalem) in July
  2000 which failed. The failure of those talks led
  to the current Palestinian uprising. The
  Palestinian uprising which began in September
  2000 led to this time of terror. Jerusalem was
  therefore the catalyst. Read these words from
  Time magazine October 2000..
• Just when the world was beginning to feel like a
  safer place.the
  unholy struggle in the
  Middle East looked, for a few moments at
  least, as
  if it was being narrowed mainly to semantic
  nuances about
  control and sovereignty over a
  mere 14-hectare mount of land in

  and
  terrorism burst back into our lives with
  split-screen bulletins and
  double-deck headlines

10 suicide attacks in one day - Iraq

• Suicide bombers struck 10 times in Baghdad
  yesterday, killing at least 25 people.
• Thirty-two people, most of them children, were
  killed the day before when a suicide bomber
  exploded his car beside a convoy of American
  soldiers handing out sweets in a Baghdad suburb.
  The blast left the street covered in pools of
  blood, mangled bicycles and the corpses of the
  young, many still clutching blue-wrapped
  chocolate bars.
• Comment
• The death, destruction and sheer horror of the
  daily attacks in Iraq is shocking. Iraq is the
  home of ancient Babylon, the even more ancient
  Babel and the even more ancient Garden of Eden.
  It was where sin and therefore death entered the
  world. It was where the first kingdom of men (see
  Genesis 1010) was established. It was where
  Abraham was called out from (Ur of the Chaldeas).
  It cannot be coincidence that in the last days
  this literal area of Babylon is suffering such
  destruction. It portends the greater destruction
  of spiritual Babylon and in fact all the kingdoms
  of the earth which shall be replaced by Gods
  kingdom.

• A Chinese general has threatened to launch
  nuclear missiles at the United
  States, warning that hundreds of
  American cities could be destroyed.
• In an unusually forthright briefing to foreign
  journalists, General Zhu Chenghu speculated on
  what the response would be if the United States
  attacked China or its military in a war over
  Taiwan. "If the Americans draw their missiles and
  position-guided ammunition on to the target zone
  on China's territory, I think we will have to
  respond with nuclear weapons," he said, making it
  clear he was speaking in a personal capacity. "We
  Chinese will prepare ourselves for the
  destruction of all of the cities east of Xian.
  "Of course the Americans will have to be prepared
  that hundreds of cities will be destroyed by the
  Chinese."
• Comment
• At 052945 in 1945 (60 years ago today) the
  first atom bomb was tested in the New Mexico
  desert. The test was codenamed Trinity after a
  poem by John Donne which begins Batter my heart,
  three persond God. The false doctrine of the
  Trinity will bring destruction. 60 years later
  the Chinese threaten the USA with nuclear attack.

Terror in Turkey

• Yesterday looked like the perfect day to head for
  the beach in Kusadasi. It was 31C under a
  cloudless sky and holidaymakers who boarded an
  early-morning minibus taxi to the nearby Ladies
  Beach probably had little more on their minds
  than what factor sun cream to apply.
• Then came the carnage. At 10.30am, just as the
  minibus was approaching its final stop in Ataturk
  Square, central Kusadasi, a blast ripped through
  the minibus, blowing off its roof and scattering
  metal for yards around.
• Comment
• Kusadasi is surrounded by long stretches of
  powdery beach and is reputed to be one of the
  most attractive cities on the Aegean. And yet in
  this uncertain world, even paradise cannot
  escape the grip of the suicide bomber. At least
  six people died - a British woman, two Turks, one
  Irish national and two others.
• Like Bali and Egypt - both of which have
  experienced similarly devastating bomb attacks in
  the past three years - Kusadasi has embraced the
  western tourist trade.
• Turkey of course is the route by which Russia
  will come down. It may destabilise further before
  that happens. The paradise of Turkey will soon
  become a battlefield.

• A planned visit to Britain next month by a Muslim
  cleric who has praised suicide bombings against
  Israel will become the first test of the
  Government's promised clampdown on extremist
  preachers after the London terrorist attacks.
  Yusuf al-Qaradawi, 79, who is due to speak at a
  conference in Manchester, is banned from visiting
  America because of his links with the
  fundamentalist Muslim Brotherhood.
• Last year he told the BBC's Newsnight "It is not
  suicide it is martyrdom in the name of God. I
  consider this type of martyrdom operation as an
  indication of the justice of Allah almighty.
  Allah is just.
• "Through his infinite wisdom he has given the
  weak what the strong do not possess and that is
  the ability to turn their bodies into bombs as
  the Palestinians do."

• Note what this Muslim cleric says. He has given
  the weak what the strong do not possessthe
  ability to turn their bodies into bombs. In last
  weeks WWW we compared the verse below to suicide
  bombers. This week a Muslim cleric confirms that
  this is how they see it as well. It might be this
  very threat that brings all the heathen together
  that causes the mighty ones to come down. See

25,000 civilians killed in Iraq

• Nearly 25,000 Iraqi civilians have died in the
  two years since US and British troops invaded
  Iraq - an average of 34 people a day - according
  to figures published yesterday by British
  academics.
• They estimate that about four out of five Iraqi
  civilians killed were men, while nearly one in 10
  were children.
• According to the survey by the Oxford Research
  Group and a website called Iraq Body Count,
  US-led coalition forces are responsible for about
  37 per cent of these deaths, mostly during the
  initial invasion phase when about 7,000 civilians
  were killed.
• Comment
• Babylon was situated in modern day Iraq. It is
  hard not to read the prophecies in Isaiah and
  Jeremiah without seeing a latter day fulfilment
  of modern day Iraq. In no way does it take away
  from the political aspect (Europe) and religious
  aspect (Rome)

• Police were hunting four would-be suicide bombers
  last night after
  they set off devices on three Tube
  trains and a London bus in an
  apparent effort to repeat the
  deadly attacks of a fortnight earlier.
• The terrorists escaped after their devices failed
  to detonate properly.
• Unlike the events of July 7, when 52 people and
  four bombers died, the explosions were weak,
  apparently the result of malfunctions. Police
  were hopeful that forensic evidence from the
  scene would lead them to the cell behind the
  attacks.
• Comment
• The terror is not stopping. The fear is growing.
  The more I consider the verses below, the more I
  am convinced that London is one of the daughters
  of Tyre. Tyre the merchant city of Phoenicia. The
  great city that traded across the known world.
  And yet when it was destroyed God says clearly
  that Tyre would pass over to Tarshish. This
  crowning city, full of pride, whose inhabitants
  are merchants, is to have its pride stained.

• At least 49 people have been killed and more than
  130 wounded in a string of bomb attacks in the
  Egyptian Red Sea resort of Sharm el-Sheikh. The
  first explosion took place in the Old Market
  area, popular with tourists.
• At least two more blasts followed in the busy
  Naama Bay area, where a car bomb tore off the
  front of the four-star Ghazala Gardens hotel.
• Britons, Dutch, Qataris, Kuwaitis and Egyptians
  were among those killed and wounded, police
  sources said.
• Comment
• Sharm el Sheikh is the resort where often Israel
  and the Palestinians meet to discuss the peace
  process. It is in the Sinai Peninsula. The Sharm
  el-Sheikh area is popular with tourists from
  Israel. It is a major holiday resort for them.
  The most numerous foreigners are Israelis, and
  they flock to the Sinai in larger numbers than to
  any other destination. The Israelis have
  traditionally enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of
  the Sinai. And so even on holiday Jews are being
  targeted. When you add all the terror that is
  happening together we surely must be in the time
  of trouble such as never was.

  birthday gift yesterday

  test-firing of Pakistan's first nuclear-capable
  cruise
  missile.With a range of more than
  300 miles and able to evade
  Indian radar by
  hugging the ground, the Hatf VII Babur missile is
  designed to match India's BrahMos missile, tested
  in 2001.
• Pakistan state media said the launch was "a gift
  of the scientists on the birthday of President
  Musharraf and Independence Day".
• The launch comes just five days after India and
  Pakistan agreed to alert each other before all
  ballistic missile tests and set up a hotline to
  reduce the risk of accidental nuclear war.
  However, Pakistan gave no warning of yesterday's
  test to India.
• Comment
• For a birthday present the President of Pakistan
  is given the test firing of a nuclear-capable
  missile! Another nation that is a nuclear power
  developing more deadly delivery systems. Surely
  the words of Joel ring true as we watch nations
  developing weapons of war. They do so to be
  gathered together for judgement.

Suicide bomber in Israel

• Event
• A Palestinian suicide bomber blew himself up in
  the southern Israeli city of Beersheba yesterday
  during the morning rush hour, wounding 50 people.
  The attack was the first since Israel withdrew
  from 25 settlements in the West Bank and Gaza
  Strip and followed warnings by Palestinian
  extremists that violence would continue despite
  the disengagement.
• Just minutes before the attack, Mahmoud Abbas,
  the Palestinian leader, had made clear his
  commitment to sustaining the de facto ceasefire
  with Israel. He later denounced the bombing and
  called for "everyone to refrain from
  retaliation".
• Comment
• The attacks have not stopped. The ceasefire is
  not holding. There can be no true peace until
  Christ returns. The Hamas Charter and the PLO
  charter still call for the destruction of Israel.
  Israel we know will not be destroyed but the Jews
  will be brought to their knees before
  acknowledging Jesus with holes in his feet and
  hands.

• At least 152 people died and 542 were wounded as
  11 suicide bombers struck across Baghdad
  yesterday in the second most deadly day of
  insurgent violence Iraq has witnessed since the
  fall of Saddam Hussein.
• The worst incident was in the north of the
  capital where a car carrying 500lbs of explosives
  drove into a crowd of unemployed labourers
  killing 114 and injuring 156.
• Comment
• Iraq (ancient Babylon) is in trouble. In the
  verse below it talks of fanners coming into the
  land. This word fanners means strangers. It is
  interesting that most suicide bombers are
  strangers to the land. They are pouring in from
  over the borders - from Iran and Syria. There
  seems to be an unlimited supply of those willing
  to kill themselves and kill as many others as
  possible. It is interesting that the physical
  land of Babylon is in such distress and
  destruction. Spiritual Babylon (Rome) and
  political Babylon (Europe) will also end in
  distress and destruction. The city of man in all
  its forms will be removed from the earth to be
  replaced by Gods kingdom.

• Western tourists were among at least 32 people
  killed and more than 100 injured yesterday by
  terrorist bomb blasts at two resorts on Bali.
• Three explosions took place almost three years to
  the day since Muslim extremists killed more than
  200 people in a similar attack. Al-Qaeda
  sympathisers are suspected of carrying out the
  latest bombings at destinations popular with
  Britons.
• The bombs went off seconds apart shortly after
  7.30pm local time, two in Jimbaran, where a
  crowded seafood restaurant was the target, and
  one in Kuta, where a three-storey noodle and
  steak house was attacked.
• Comment
• Terrorism continues. The unprecedented time of
  fear is still here and will only continue to get
  worse until our Lord returns. The so called war
  on terror also continues. How one can have a war
  on a verb is beyond me! It can never be won.
  George Bush has warned this week of a war on
  humanity. He said radical Muslims wanted to
  establish a Muslim empire. The Muslim religion is
  essentially an Arab religion (although other
  nations have adopted it). This age of terror is
  essentially Jew v Arab.

• Chechen rebels attacked police and army buildings
  in south Russia yesterday in a brazen operation
  that killed dozens and challenged Kremlin claims
  that it controls the Caucasus. Up to 200
  guerrillas launched an audacious assault on
  symbols of the Russian state, from the local
  airport to the security service's headquarters,
  in Nalchik, capital of the mainly Muslim republic
  of Kabardino-Balkaria.
• Russian soldiers fought to regain control,
  arresting several rebels. At least 49 people, 25
  of them militants, were killed in the fighting,
  the worst to hit the region since Chechen
  terrorists seized a school in Beslan in nearby
  North Ossetia a year ago.
• Comment
• Many ancient sources have clearly identified
  "Magog" as referring to the "Scythians"
• which were the ancestors of the Russians. A well
  known source is Josephus Flavius, who records
  that the Magogians were called "Scythians" by the
  Greeks.
• "Magog founded the Magogians, thus named after
  him, but who were by the Greeks called Scythians.
  But even the Scythians, who delight in murdering
  people and are little better than wild beasts,
  nevertheless think it their duty to uphold their
  national customs." - Josephus Flavius, 1st
  century A.D. The area of Magog is around Southern
  Russia and especially the Caucasus region. It is
  here that Russia is having great trouble with
  Muslim extremists who want to break away. However
  we are told that Gog is of the land of Magog.
  Russia will be in control of this area and will
  almost certainly descend through it on the way to
  Israel.

• Up to 50 people were feared dead and hundreds
  more injured in a wave
  of bomb attacks in
  the Indian capital, Delhi, yesterday. At least
  three
  terrorist bombs exploded within minutes of each
  other. Two
  were at busy markets, the other in an industrial
  area. The blasts
  are believed to have been the work of Kashmiri
  terrorists. "There
  was a big explosion and
  suddenly there was smoke everywhere," said Billa
  Devinder, a local rickshaw driver who witnessed
  the blast in the marketplace of the Paharganj
  district. "The market was packed with women and
  children and all I could hear was people
  screaming and crying for help. There just seemed
  to be blood wherever I looked."
• Comment
• Terror now in India. Investigators are struck by
  features of the attack that are strangely similar
  to elements of the first round of bombing attacks
  that struck London on July 7. There are links in
  the Bible between India and Britain. We see India
  as being one of the young lions of Britain as
  mentioned in Ezekiel 38. India might possibly be
  Tharshish mentioned in 1 Kings 1022. We might
  think of Britain as being a Western Tarshish and
  India being an Eastern Tarshish. We expect India
  (as a member of the Commonwealth) and a key
  country of the former British Empire to remain
  close to Britain and be an ally to her at the
  time of the end.

• The violence that has wracked Paris suburbs over
  the past week has spread to new areas and outside
  the French capital for the first time.
• Youths burned buildings and more than 500
  vehicles in the eighth consecutive night of
  rioting. Nearly 80 arrests were made in Paris.
• Cars were torched in the eastern city of Dijon,
  and sporadic unrest broke out in southern and
  western France.
• Comment
• Last night French police arrested more than 250
  people following fresh riots in and around Paris
  and other parts of France. Nearly 900 cars were
  burnt on the ninth consecutive night of unrest in
  immigrant-dominated areas near Paris, despite a
  heavy police presence.
• We live in a world of rioting and violence. It is
  interesting that this violence is happening in
  France and that it appears to be spreading. The
  French are descended from the barbarian tribes of
  the Franks. The Franks (meaning Freemen) loved
  liberty, personal freedoms and individual rights.
  In 1789 the French Revolution produced the
  Declaration of the rights of man. In Larousse
  Modern History we read, In a political sense it
  is still proper to date the age in which we live
  from the French Revolution. The shock carried by
  that Revolution and THE SPREAD OF ITS PRINCIPLES
  has produced repercussions ever since. This
  false promise of Liberty brings only corruption,
  destruction and moral decay. We witness the
  repercussions.

• France was struggling to overcome one of its
  gravest post-war crises
  last night as every major city faced the
  threat of fierce rioting that began 12 nights ago
  and now seems to have spun out of control.
• Despite an assurance from Philippe Douste Blazy,
  the foreign minister, that France was "not a
  dangerous country", the spread of violence
  prompted the Foreign Office in London to warn
  travellers that trouble could break out "almost
  anywhere".
• Comment
• The headline above is an obvious reference to
  Rome. Nero was supposed to have sat playing his
  lyre and singing while all around him Rome burnt!
  As we witness the violence in France some are
  looking back to riots in France in 1968 and even
  to 1848. But this is different many say. This is
  violence for violence sake. Over 5000 cars have
  been destroyed. Schools, sports centres, shops
  all destroyed by fire. Perhaps Noah in his days
  looked at similar scenes of gross violence. We
  know that God judged the world then because of
  the violence he saw. We know that Rome in all
  its aspects will also be judged. This world too
  is heading for judgement. That great city Rome
  (associated with Babylon -Revelation 1718) that
  rules over the kingdoms of the world will burn
  and be replaced by Gods city Jerusalem. Jesus
  tells us that the world will be as it was in the
  days of Noah before he returns.

• Brussels police ordered extra patrols on to the
  streets last night after cars were set alight in
  the Belgian capital in copycat attacks following
  the riots in France.
• Five cars were set alight late on Sunday night
  around the Gare du Midi, well known to British
  travellers as the Eurostar's Belgian terminus.
• At first the police denied any link to the French
  unrest, noting that by the time their officers
  reached the burning cars they found each scene

  confrontations between French police and large
  gatherings of young, disaffected locals. But by
  yesterday afternoon police acknowledged that
  there was almost certainly a link with the French
  events.

• And so the violence begins to spread.
  Interestingly to Brussels and Germany. Brussels
  is of course is seen as the capital of the
  European Union. It was where William Tyndale was
  strangled and burnt at the stake for translating
  the Bible into English! It was a total
  disregarding of Gods Word and the inventing of
  the theories of Human Rights that bring the
  very violence and burning that we see happening.
  Interesting then that the very man that was so
  instrumental in bringing us the Bible we have
  today was burnt in Brussels. And just as the
  wicked and godless teachings that came out of the
  French Revolution have spread to all corners of
  the earth - so we see the violence and
  destruction beginning to spread as well.

• Chilling details of an alleged plot by Islamist
  radicals to carry out a "catastrophic" terrorist
  attack in Australia emerged yesterday. Police
  arrested 17 suspects during dawn raids involving
  450 heavily armed policemen backed by
  helicopters. Authorities alleged that the
  suspects were members of a terrorist cell
  committed to "violent jihad" on Australian soil.
  
• Among those detained was a trainee electrician
  allegedly impatient to carry out a suicide
  bombing in retaliation for Canberra's support for
  the war in Iraq.
• Comment
• Apparently terrorism suspects have previously
  been caught carrying out surveillance on the
  Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge and the
  Melbourne stock exchange.
• How much longer before we do see another
  catastrophic terrorist attack? It is not a
  matter of if but when. We live now in
  unprecedented times of fear and terror. Never in
  the history of the world have people had the
  ability to cause so much death and destruction
  and the willingness to do it.
• Australia is of course one of the offsprings of
  Britain or as the Bible puts it a young lion
  of Tarshish. Again we expect Britain and her
  allies (young lions) to be together at the time
  of the end. United in the opposition to the
  invasion of Israel. But they are also united in
  being the target of terrorism as the US the UK
  and Australia are major supporters of the war in
  Iraq.
• Bible Quote Job 4 11 The old lion perisheth for
  lack of prey, and the stout lions whelps are
  scattered abroad. The old lion (British Empire)
  did perish and its offspring (US, Australia,
  Canada etc) are scattered around the world.

Suicide bombers hit Jordan

• At least 57 people were killed and more than 300
  injured last night when al-Qa'eda suicide bombers
  attacked three hotels in Amman in a devastating
  attack on the Jordanian capital. The carefully
  co-ordinated blasts, which came within minutes of
  each other shortly before 9pm, represented the
  first major terrorist strikes on the West's key
  ally in the Middle East.
• At least two of the attacks were the work of
  suicide bombers, who targeted international
  hotels popular with Western and Israeli tourists
  and businessmen.
• Comment
• Modern day Jordan incorporates the areas once
  occupied by Moab, Ammon and Edom. We expect
  Jordan as one of the southern Arabian powers to
  be aligned with Britain in the last days. They
  will also be one who questions the motives of Gog
  when it invades Israel. Note the phrase above
  Wests key ally in the Middle East.
• This attack appears to have backfired to some
  extent as 57 innocent Jordanians were killed.
  Yesterday angry Jordanians demonstrated
  condemning the hotel bomb attacks. Headline in
  todays newspaper reads Jordanians turn against
  al-Qaeda leader over bombings.
• Amman where this happened is mentioned in the
  Bible. It is known in the Bible as Rabbah or
  Rabbath. See verse below it may have current
  and future fulfilment.

  days come, saith the LORD, that I will cause an
  alarm of war to be heard in Rabbah of the
  Ammonites and it shall be a desolate heap, and
  her daughters shall be burned with fire then
  shall Israel be heir unto them that were his

Mobs riot in Sydney

• Mobs riot again as Sydney race tensions explode
• Headline DT December 13
• Event
• Racial violence flared in Sydney yesterday in
  apparent retaliation for earlier clashes in which
  a mob of 5,000 white youths chanted abuse and
  attacked people of Middle Eastern origin. The
  second night of violence brought terror to one of
  the city's best known beaches. It flared when
  young men of mostly Lebanese background clashed
  with police, throwing stones and other missiles.
• Witnesses reported several gun shots and one
  woman was said to have been stabbed. Police
  reinforcements were drafted in as thugs attacked
  cars and shops with baseball bats and threatened
  to do battle with rival white gangs with guns and
  crowbars.
• Comment
• Emergency measures to prevent civil unrest have
  been passed in the Australian state of New South
  Wales, following a wave of racial violence. We
  saw a few weeks ago night after night of violence
  in France. We now see on the other side of the
  world huge numbers of young people in Australia
  also engaged in violence. There can be no doubt
  these terrible scenes will only continue to
  become more frequent and get worse before our
  Lord returns from heaven.
• We get some idea of what scenes Noah must have
  witnessed in his day. For before the flood
  (approx 4500 years ago) the world was full of
  violence as well. Violence comes as a result of
  godlessness it is a fruit of sin. Jesus told us
  that just before he returns the world would be
  very similar to the days Noah lived in. How true
  he was.
• Bible Quote Genesis 6 13 And God said unto
  Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me for
  the earth is filled with violence through them
  and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth.

• And so another year draws to a close. But what a
  remarkable year in terms of prophecy fulfilled!
• At the beginning of each World Watch it says that
  time and again the following would keep cropping
  up as we journey towards the coming kingdom.
• Israel Middle East the growing conflict
• This year has seen Israel become ever more the
  focus of the worlds attention. Iran has called
  for Israel to be wiped off the map. Israel has
  withdrawn from Gaza and parts of the West Bank. A
  wall almost surrounds the entire nation now.
• Europe the developing union / political and
  religious
• A new Pope is elected Cardinal Ratzinger. He
  named himself Benedict after the patron saint of
  Europe. He is calling for Christian Unity! In his
  Christmas speech he called for Middle East peace.
  He means Israel should give up East Jerusalem.
  This will bring war. Europe has rejected the
  constitution but continues to hang together as
  divided nations exactly as Revelation 17 and
  Daniel 2 show us.
• Russia continued turning back to anti west ways
• Russia is increasingly in the news for doing arms
  deals with those the US considers to be the Axis
  of Evil i.e. Syria and Iran. Under Putin the free
  press has been shut down, nuclear programmes have
  been developed and a new Cold War may have
  started.
• The development of King of South US UK
• Tarshish and her young lions continue to be
  locked in a war in Iraq. This area of ancient
  Babylon where sin and death entered the world and
  the first kingdom of men began is a scene of
  death and destruction. Remember Abraham was
  called out of this area.
• Declining moral standards and increasing
  violence.
• The UK introduces gay marriage. Violence
  increases remember the scenes in France! We
  have seen unprecedented natural disasters with
  Tsunami, hurricanes and earthquakes. Let us pray
  that 2006 finally brings relief with the return
  of our King.
