Phased Implementation Conditions

• Implementation is progressive bringing
  organizations into full compliance over a three
  year period This allows both Industry and
  Transport Canada to manage the workload
• IMS and SMS have the highest priority
• Funding levels should remain the same to permit
  early implementation. Surveillance requirements
  may need to be reduced
