CloseBy Network MDF Program
  • Marketing Development Fund Program Details
  • Marketing dollars made available to Dealers for
    approved CloseBy Network channel development and
    marketing activities.
  • MDF calculated on yearly Dealer purchase volume
  • 1 for first 15,000 CloseBy products purchased
  • 2 for next 15,000 to 30,000 purchases
  • 3 for 30,000 purchased
  • Funds are available the calendar quarter
    following the purchases and need to be used
    within 1 year
  • MDF can pay for a portion or all of the approved
    marketing activity

How Does The MDF Program Work?
  • Dealer submits the proposed use of the MDF to
    their Sales Associate for approval
  • Sales and Marketing approves plan
  • Dealer executes on the approved marketing
    activity
  • Dealer submits proof of activity and invoices
  • i.e. Send copy of newspaper ad invoice
  • Sales Associate approves payment of MDF
  • Finance send a check or credit the Dealers
    account

Easy Steps for Setting Up The Care Network
  • Dealer installs system/hardware in Care
    Recipients home
  • Dealers logs into his account
  • Renames Care Network (unique number to friendly
    name)
  • Rename sensors to friendly names
  • Sets up Care Members, (user names, passwords,
    etc)
  • Assigns member to be Care Network Manager
    Information Manager
  • Assigns Care Network members into groups
  • Verifies functionality
  • Train Care Network Manager and Care Members on
    system use
  • Care Network Manager logs into New Account Set
    up
  • Redeems Activation Coupon

    only threefold.

    of persons 65 years old and over would more than
    double by the middle of the next century to 80
