- U.S., U.N., Europe Ohio generally circulate for
the same loan periods used for books - A few items are stamped 3 Day Book and
circulate only for 3 days. - Ask patrons to return small items directly to
Ground Floor desk can get lost in book drops

- Many U.S. publications do not have date due slips
-- attach inside back cover as needed - Some older U.S. publications do not have barcodes
use the on-the-fly check out procedure for those

- All Govt Law microforms are in Alumni storage
- Catalog location begins with Microform Storage
followed by Govt Law location, such as
Gov/Law US Micro for United States publications

- Some older Govt Law materials are in the
Southwest Depository - Catalog location is SW DEPOSITORY there is no
indication in the location that it is connected
to Govt Law

number, however, and look for it in the Govt
Law Collection by mistake - One reason a SuDoc publication may not be on the
shelf is because the location is SW Depository,
not Govt Law
