? Current Major efforts on(1/3)

• Panel sample de-bonding test
• Team up with NSPO to conduct testing at AIDC
• First as-run on Oct. 8 per NASA approved
  procedure
• See NSPO/Steven test summary (20cm/75C)
• Remaining test will be initiated on Oct.22 or 23
  at AIDC
• Has postponed the bonding of the first tracker
  radiator before completing the test
• Go-ahead order after discussion and agreement on
  the final result

? Current Major efforts on(2/3)

• 1st set Tracker Panel Fabrication
• We start the first set tracker panel production
  per last TIM decision (a conservative instead of
  parallel aggressive approach)
• Completed the Bonding Fixture (BOF) design and
  manufacturing
• Handle many RFW/D paper works with CGS
• Skins, Rohacell core and inserts are ready
• Pre-fit check with Heat pipe and other components
  
• Pending de-bonding test result to continue
  bonding process

? Current Major efforts on(3/3)

• Preparation on Jig Installation _at_ CERN
• Prepare the pre-integration plan (ATS format per
  NASA) to support integration activity at CERN
• Has submitted ATS document for review and
  received the comments and made the revision
• Plan to conduct the activity on Nov 28 but maybe
  delay since the change of integration sequence by
  TRDUTOF to cause the impact on the original
  installation plan
• This issue will be expected to discuss and decide
  the final approach during TIM

Remark

• Until now, there are design changes for R/W
  panels in progress.
• FM Panels DRW updated schedule
• Assembly drawings for TRACKER radiator and
  ECO-00119(10/18)
• RAM radiators (10/31) gtgtwill impact BOF design
  and manufacture
• WAKE radiators (11/21)

• Design DRW keeps changing did not allow us to
  have extension window to final delivery. AIDC
  always needs to allocate more resources to catch
  up the schedule but no reimbursement to
  compensate from AMS.
