  • Releases the NCBA from Liability due to Injury
    Caused by the Game of Baseball
  • Every Player, Coach, and Manager Must Sign a
    Participation Waiver Agreement
  • Any Team Caught Playing a Player who has not
    Signed a Waiver will be Removed from the NCBA
    without Reimbursement or reinstatement
  • Forms should be COMPLETED electronically then
    printed and signed.
