• Grew up with her grandmother in Stamps Arkansas.
• She was raped as a child by her moms boyfriend.
• Gave birth to a child at age 16.
• Had one brother named Bailey.

• Her books are very heartwarming and also very
  informing about her and her past and how it was
  back then.
