• A quick multiple choice quiz can be a very fun
  game or a serious documentation that your people
  know what they need to know.
• Got new equipment, how about a new procedure?
  Want to have some fun and be silly for stress
  relief? How about you want to make sure your
  people actually know the names of the local
  officials? Terminology is great for EMD? Or
  liability terms? Want to know what people think?
• Here is a quick tutorial on how to create a quick
  multiple choice or TRUE FALSE quiz.

How To Make A Quiz

• Its quite simple really! (With a little help
  from your friends)
• Write the question at the top of the page
• Number and write the right answer and the wrong
  answers in text boxes.
• Use Insert / Hyperlink / Place In This Document
  and link the wrong answers to a slide that says
  Sorry (this page must be hidden use Slide
  Show / Hide.)
• Use the same to link the right answer to a hidden
  slide that says Correct. Correct goes to the
  next question.
• You can use another hyperlink and send the Sorry
  answer back to the question to try again, or the
  right answer to the next question.
• Use this template, insert it into your own PPT
  and just duplicate and build for a quick quiz on
  your intranet.
• Also SAVE as a presentation (pps) so it cannot be
  changed.

How About An Essay Answer Or Survey?

• If you want them to answer a question and send
  you the answer - type your question and then link
  out using the same Insert / Hyperlink / email and
  have the student or trainee send you the answer
  email.
