Workshop Session One

• Identify roles that are not already included in
  the HICF (e.g. Epidemiologists, Clinical
  Informatics, Head of ICT (PCT), Programme Office,
  Other SHA/PCT hybrid roles)
• Choose up to five roles you think could be
  usefully included in the HICF

Workshop Session Two

• Using the work sheet provided write down the
  responsibilities, knowledge and skills required
  for the roles you have identified
• Please remember to hand the worksheet in at the
  end of the day

Evaluation of HICF

• Each site will be asked to
• Evaluate the HICF using the agreed activity
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement
  of the HICF
• Provide information to help the project team
  prepare a short case study of the field testing
  experience
