  socioeconomic status,language

• Key Components
• Services can be provided in an emergency, even if
  outside of the level of competence, under two
  conditions
• No other mental health professionals competent to
  provide that service are present
• The services will stop as soon as the emergency
  has ended or a competent professional is
  available

  competent to perform.

  service

  recipients of services are receiving the best
  quality service available.
• It is our job to make sure that we maintain this
  high standard of quality by continuously striving
  to remain competent in the areas in which we
  serve or desire to serve.
