Picture This
Citizens of Bellingham,
  • A nice summer night with a beautiful sunset on
the horizon.Yet one step from perfect. Millions
of mosquitoes surround you, as the sun goes down,
so do your hopes of a perfect summer. All because
you took away your natural bug repellent.

3
Our Opinion, Like Yours, Matters
  • Bats may use houses or buildings for roosts at
times. Even though these places arent preferred,
and good as their natural roosts, manmade
structures do offer them protection and bonuses.
You should keep the bats in your town because
They are more likely to die from bee sting or dog
attack than from a vampire bat bite. Also, bats
keep down the amount of mosquitoes in the
    environment.

4
Bats Are Beneficial

pollination

  • Growing without bats would be impossible

  • Both bats and us need homes.
  • Buildings and bridges are roosts now
  • Their swooping and sounds are adaptable
  • Theyre able to help us now

16
Why Take Away Your Free Workers?Ecologists say
bats are Life Savers

  • Resulting in high amounts of poisons
  • The crash of our ecosystem actually
  • Dominant predator of the night sky

17
Lets wrap up
As you can see, as professionals on the study of
bats, we think bats should stay in your
community. Because they are an important part of
your ecosystem and lifestyle. We support bats in
all communities.
18
Consider the following
You have called us, and we have brought action!
We have studied your situation in Bellingham and
our conclusion is clear. We say you enjoy the
great opportunity to view bats in your town. If
you must keep the bats out of your home or
business, then we recommend bat houses in the
city. I predict in just weeks everyone can be
happy with this decision. What do you say
Bellingham?
19
Just Something to Think About
Humans themselves are a selfish species and
shouldnt destroy others just for there own
vanity and pleasure. We should learn to live in
harmony with nature and the whole world.
