WSAS On-Line Clean-Up Tool

• Password will be distributed and assigned to
  the
• District Assessment Coordinator (DAC) only
• DAC will be responsible for providing password
  access to
• School Assessment Coordinator (SAC)
• District/School will log into a secure site
• Edits will occur using a download and upload
  capability
• District and schools will edit student
  demographic data
• errors or changes using this tool
• Filters will help detect errors in groups
• WKCE individual student scores cannot be
  changed
• WKCE individual student scores can be
  invalidated
• WAA LEP and SwD data can be edited
• SDIS/OODs can be flagged
• WSAS On-Line Data Clean-Up Tool
• (Beginning January 5th with Lockdown on
  February 11th First
• Come/First Served Basis.)
