WHY USE CHARLES ISOLATION TRANSFORMERS?

• Isolates the Boat from Shore diminishing the
  risk of hooking the boat up to an unknown
  shore-power source. Potential shore power
  problems include surges, spikes, reverse
  polarity, potential fire hazards and in water
  shock hazards.
• UL Marine Listed Transformers Fully encapsulated
  have a FULL CURRENT CARRYING Shield. This shield
  separates the primary winding from the secondary
  of the transformer and ensures isolation from
  shore. Resists shock, vibration and changes in
